Outgoing correrspondences are generated easily by merging the data in I.P.M.S.® with the use of an integration with IBM Lotus Notes whereby the users can create automatically letters, including customized standard letters and forms (e.g. filing forms) and have them automatically faxed or e-mailed and appropriately recorded into the system. Due to the integration of the reporting and correspondence preparation/tracking modules, I.P.M.S.® enables an uniterrupted workflow. For example, reminder letters are prepared automatically, faxed automatically and recorded to each specific file automatically, thus saving time and effort.
